You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

HyperListen may offer free trials, daily usage limits, and paid plans. Prices and features can change with notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit HyperListen systems.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

HyperListen branding, software, and site content are owned by HyperListen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

HyperListen is a productivity utility and does not provide medical advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperListen is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
